Jamila found her love for fitness at a very young age. She ran track in middle school, high school and college. After college she taught fitness classes, began personal training and developed proficiencies in yoga and pilates. She possesses a wellrounded approach to fitness. While living in NYC she continued her fitness education counting professional dancers and Broadway stars among her clients. Above all, she relates to WW`s (weekend warriors)—those everyday people pursuing the strength and energy to enjoy life to its fullest!
