Hello, All My name is Awan, 

Owner of Travelers Health and Wellness LLC. During these very tense times in our lives finding any sense of normalcy is a delicate process and requires some thought. Something as simple as getting dressed as if you were going to work and cooking meals even though you’re working from home can have a positive effect on your mental stability.

Good active health can lend well to strong mental health.

My suggestion?  Feeling home-confined? Move your body, Move your body and move your body

A feel-good Attitude

I will also be offering body weight only and for those with as selection of pieces I will be offering more advanced workouts 

These Classes will be hosted on Zoom Platform and on Instagram live however videos of the class will be available.

The American Heart Association recommends adults engage in at least 150 minutes (two and a half hours) per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity, or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity. A combination of both would work too, preferably spread throughout the week.
