A: As a wellness coach we use the power of commitment to enable our clients to achieve beneficial and measurable results in all areas of their lives. Wellness coaching is a holistic process that has the power to balance and align one’s dynamic lifestyle.

I have observed how clients tend to underperform because there is conflict between their desires and their value systems. This suggests that they depend on these values and belief systems for guidance, although many, developed in their childhood, may no longer serve them at this stage of their lives Nevertheless, people still judge and act by these obsolete principles.

I think that as clients and as coaches we must establish what commitment is and to what degree we’re willing to forgo all self-imposed limitations and embrace what we have set out to accomplish. Observed on Facebook this morning a nameless quote that said, “create a vision that makes you want to jump out of bed every morning”. Even better stated Proverbs 29:18 King James Version (KJV)18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

This month we want to focus some greater attention on what this new system building process looks like as client and as coach.
