Interim Website Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of the public THW website. Client services, events, private coaching and provider relationships require separate written agreements. Final website terms remain subject to licensed-counsel review.

Website content is provided for general information about Travelers Health + Wellness, its programs and resources. It is not medical, legal, tax or other individualized professional advice.

No automatic commitment

Website descriptions, AI answers, emails and scheduling requests do not create a service agreement or guarantee pricing, dates, availability, credentials, outcomes or a particular program. A THW commitment requires human review and approved written confirmation.

AI-assisted content

Ask THW may generate incomplete or inaccurate answers from published content. Do not rely on it for emergencies, personal health decisions, legal or tax matters, or confidential business decisions. Use the human contact route when the answer matters to safety, scope, privacy, price or contract terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access or misuse automated tools.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content.
• Do not copy or redistribute THW materials beyond permitted personal or organizational evaluation use.
• Do not submit sensitive personal, payment or confidential information through public AI or contact routes.

Third-party services

The website may use or link to WordPress.com, Jetpack, MailPoet, scheduling, payment or other third-party services. Their availability and separate terms may apply.
